The men and women who make up ECOINTEGRAL are young professionals who have a high degree of skill in their specific field, and which are kept under constant updating of new technologies and procedures to achieve the standards of quality required by each customer, through the knowledge and experience.

During the 2007-2008 years ECOINTEGRAL INGENIERIA, SL has implemented an ambitious plan of constant training for ECOINTEGRAL´s technicians, broadening the areas of knowledge of each of them with the aim of obtaining a multidisciplinary group with high levels of Qualification Technique.

In addition, since 2004, has launched a plan for continuous quality improvement technique with the creation of a department of quality and technical qualification. This allows permanent internal audits that identifying the improvement needs.
